Cromsdale works in strategic partnerships with landowners to create exclusive, individually designed developments that add value to local communities. We have strong links with housebuilders, care operators and affordable home providers, allowing us to develop the optimum strategy for each project.
Our proven team of planning, architectural and legal experts assess each new opportunity that is brought to us, enabling a constructive assessment of its potential. Once a partnership is formed with a landowner, we fully finance and manage the process to gain planning consent and the eventual sale of the site.
The financial commitment required to bring a site to a planning consent is significant and continues to increase. Importantly, we fund this process ourselves with no reliance on investors or other third parties. This not only illustrates our commitment to our partnerships but enables us to make decisions in conjunction with landowners without requiring external approvals or oversight.
We have an enviable track record in the conversion of land from agricultural or brownfield to a planning consent and onward sale and are currently working with landowners to realise the potential of over 150 acres, with projects at various stages of the planning process. We work on a national basis, with current projects in North Yorkshire Council, NE Lincolnshire, Leeds City Council, Fenland, Cherwell and Richmond DC.
