About Bruntcliffe Chapel
We acquired Bruntcliffe Chapel, in Morley and worked in conjunction with Sanderson Weatheralls planning consultants and Janus Architecture to design this contemporary residential scheme for 9 open plan, stylish and spacious apartments complete with under croft parking.
Planning was received, and a complex construction contract commenced to create an independent steel frame within the existing building envelope and create the 9 fantastic apartments. The 2 bed units were 900 – 1,000sqft and the 1 bed units 600sqft, with secure under croft parking.
Location
On Bruntcliffe Road only a short walk from Morley town centre and all the local amenities, or a 5-minute car journey to the main motorway networks. A fantastic location for young professionals or families.
